He is Board Certified by the AM Board of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons.
During his educational career, Dr. Oka earned his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of California in San Francisco, his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from Tufts University and his MS Degree from Georgetown University.
